You have the following rights with regard to the personal data concerning you:
3.1 General rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.
3.2 Rights in the case of data processing based on legitimate interests
Pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, you have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6 para. 1 e GDPR (processing carried out in the public interest) or Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR (processing for the purposes of legitimate interests). This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

4. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

Where this information relates to communication channels, such as your email address or telephone number, you also consent to us contacting you via this communication channel if necessary in order to respond to your inquiry. You may of course withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.
We delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer required, or restrict processing if statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Newsletter
6.1 General information
With your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR, you can subscribe to our newsletter, through which we inform you about our current offers.
For registration for our newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after you register, we send an email to the email address provided, asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter.
In addition, we store the IP addresses used and the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of this procedure is to be able to verify your registration and, if necessary, to clarify possible misuse of your personal data.
The only mandatory information required to receive the newsletter is your email address. Providing further separately marked data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. After your confirmation, we store your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR.
You may withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can withdraw your consent by clicking the link provided in every newsletter email or by contacting the Data Protection Officer named above.
6.2 Newsletter tracking
We would like to inform you that we analyze your user behavior when sending newsletters. For this analysis, the emails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are stored on our website. For the analysis, we link the aforementioned data and the web beacons with your email address and an individual ID. OPTIONAL: Links contained in the newsletter also contain this ID.
The data is collected exclusively in pseudonymized form. The IDs are therefore not linked to your other personal data, and direct personal identification is excluded.
You may object to this tracking at any time by sending us an email to: Datenschutz@achilles.de. The information is stored for as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we store the data solely in statistical and anonymized form.
Such tracking is also not possible if you have disabled the display of images by default in your email program. In this case, the newsletter will not be displayed in full and you may not be able to use all functions. If you display the images manually, the tracking described above will take place.
7. Registration and portal use
You have the option to register on our websites on.achilles.de and www.easyOrdner.de and create a customer account. For registration, we collect and store the following data from you:
• Salutation
• First name
• Last name
• Email address username
• Password
• Address
• Date of birth
Providing the aforementioned data is mandatory. You may voluntarily provide all further information by using our portal.
After successful registration, you will receive personal password-protected access and can view and manage the data you have stored. Registration is voluntary but may be required in order to use our services.
If you use our portal, we store the data required for the performance of the contract, including, where applicable, payment method information, until you permanently delete your account. Furthermore, we store the voluntary data you provide for the duration of your use of the portal, unless you delete it beforehand. You can manage and change all information in the protected customer area. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 a, b and f GDPR.
8. Online orders - shop
If you place an online order on our website, we collect various data required for the conclusion of the contract. The legal basis is the conclusion and performance of a contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 b GDPR. The data is stored for the duration of the contract and in accordance with statutory obligations. For payment processing, we use various payment service providers, which are always clearly identified and which receive your entries directly. They are therefore recipients of your personal data collected in connection with the payment process. The legal basis for using payment service providers is contract processing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 b GDPR. Storage for payment purposes takes place for the duration of payment processing.
9. Participation in competitions
If you participate in competitions, we collect the data required to conduct the competition. You may apply to our company electronically by email. We will of course use your information exclusively to process your application and will not pass it on to third parties. Please note that unencrypted emails are not transmitted in an access-protected manner.
If you have applied for a specific position and this position has already been filled, or if we consider you equally or even better suited for another position, we would like to forward your application within the company. Please inform us if you do not agree to such forwarding.
Your personal data will be deleted immediately after completion of the application process, or after a maximum of 6 months, unless you have expressly consented to longer storage of your data or a contract has been concluded.
